Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 September 2026 · Applies to LIA for Android, both editions

These terms cover your use of the LIA app, made by codeninjavik. By installing or using LIA, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What LIA is

LIA is an AI voice and chat assistant. It can talk with you, answer questions, open apps, and call or message your contacts. The full edition (distributed from codeninjavik.in) can additionally read and act on your screen when you ask it to, and post content to Instagram or Facebook on your behalf, when you explicitly approve it. The Google Play edition does not include screen automation or social posting - see the Privacy Policy for the exact difference.

2. Accounts and access keys

LIA needs your own API keys to talk to the AI: a Gemini API key (from Google) for voice, and a Groq API key (from Groq) for typed chat. You're responsible for keeping them working and for any usage costs Google or Groq charge you under their own terms. The full edition's extra features additionally require an access key purchased through codeninjavik.in. Purchases, pricing, and refunds for access keys are governed by that website's own Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, not by this document. An access key is tied to the device that first activates it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use LIA only for actions you have the right to take - your own phone, your own accounts, your own contacts. You agree not to use LIA to:

4. The confirmation gate on posting

In the full edition, LIA never publishes a post, story, or reel without you explicitly approving it in that conversation. If LIA reports a post as published, that means it verified the result on screen - if it can't verify, it tells you to check the app yourself rather than claiming success. You're responsible for the content you ask LIA to post.

5. Screen automation is your responsibility

When you enable Accessibility (full edition, optional), you're allowing LIA to tap, type, and scroll on your behalf when you ask it to. LIA only acts on requests you make, and stops on logins, CAPTCHAs, and security checks rather than working around them - but you're still responsible for what you ask it to do on screen, the same as if you'd done it yourself.

6. Third-party services

LIA relies on Google's Gemini API, Groq's API, and (full edition) Google Firebase, Instagram, Facebook, and your phone's own dialer/messaging apps. Your use of those services through LIA is also subject to their own terms. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, how those services behave, change, or become unavailable.

7. No warranty

LIA is provided "as is." AI-generated replies can be wrong, and screen automation can fail or behave unexpectedly if an app changes its own interface - we build LIA to fail safely (stopping rather than guessing) but can't promise it will always work as expected. We don't guarantee LIA will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, codeninjavik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LIA, including anything posted, sent, or changed on your behalf based on a request you gave it. Our total liability for any claim relating to LIA is limited to the amount you paid for your access key in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹0 if you didn't pay for one.

9. Changes

We may update LIA and these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use LIA after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
